The Galaxy Note specs from its official site shows full screen requires a size (pix) of 1280*800, and the best quality requires a size (pix) of 1920*1080 (1080p). You must set higher video bitrate if choosing 1920*1080 as output size, or the video quality won’t be as good as you expected.
